This service allows applying to register the sale process (total / partial) between the two contracting parties, the seller and the purchaser, or their legal attorneys, by purchasing land, property, or a real estate unit under construction).

Companies An unregistered entity, should apply for a company registration procedure first before making any Gift Transaction.
Step I A customer will move to a service centre
Step II A customer submits the required documents to an employee to ensure that no documents are missing.
Step III The transaction details will be entered into the system by an employee and shall be audited
Step IV A customer will pay the fees and receive a payment receipt
